Individual Mandatory Equipment (Must be carried by each racer personally at all times)

Container to carry adequate fluids (2 liters minimum)
Light (functional headlight or equivalent)

Knife with locking blade.
Long sleeve polypro or tech shirt

Cellphone (waterproof packed, for emergencies only)

Water purification, enough to treat 5 gallons

* if you are allergic to bees or have other allergies, you should bring an Epi Pen or similar

Mountain Biking Equipment (Required during all bike sections individually)

Bike helmet with chin strap CPSC and/or ANSI approved (MUST be worn at all times during MTB section)

Front Bike Light (24h participants only, head or handlebar mount, a good light is highly recommended!)

2 glow sticks per boat, pre-attached
Bailing device per boat (eg. a milk jug scoop, pump, etc)
Aerial Distress Flare

Emergency Strobe (typical strobe measuring roughly 1”x4” which can fit in the palm of your hand.)
