Sponsoring the Race Sponsors make it possible for us to provide an exciting and fun race while keeping the race fee low for racers. Sponsors have supported our race ranging from helping us reach interested racers, design fun courses to providing raffle swags pre and post race to awards for top finishers and everything in between.
Sponsorship Benefits 4th Dimension Races
Sponsors are a huge part of making the 4th Dimension race series a success. To acknowledge the sponsor’s important role in our races, we list all sponsors on our website, advertise them in outbound communications to racers, and we publically thank our sponsors on race day.
In terms of sponsorship opportunities, the sky is really the limit when it comes to creative ways to reach the racer community and support the races. We are happy to entertain any sponsorship ideas you have, and we are keen on working with you to ensure that your marketing needs are met. To give you an idea of how to sponsor our races, here are some sample sponsorship ideas:
Title Sponsorship – Sponsors that provide significant funding or product support can become title sponsors. This is the highest level of sponsorship with maximum exposure to our race community and we will only have one title sponsor per race. Besides all the benefits awarded to sponsors, title sponsors get maximum coverage in our outbound communications and we name the race as a co-production of 4th Dimension Racing and the title sponsor company. - Product Raffle – We raffle products at pre-race briefing, post race party or both to start and end the race at a high note. Sponsors can provide products for raffling at theses event.
- Racer Swag Bag – Sponsors can provide product sample along with relevant product flyer and coupons to be included in every racer swag bag. The swag bags are given to the racers after they’ve passed the check-in process at the race site.
