2 Twelve Hour Chemical lights minimum of 4” length
Adventure Medical Kit Ultralight .7 Or build your own aid kit:
Gauze bandage, tape, elastic bandage, ibuprofen, antihistamine, moleskin, towelettes, antibiotic ointment, tweezer, safety pins, duct tape.
FULL TIME MANDATORY PERSONAL EQUIPMENT (Each team member must have the following at all times)
Snowshoes Long Waterproof Pants
Long Waterproof Jacket
Warm Hat
Gloves
Sun Glasses
Whistle
Head lamp (in working order)
Space Blanket
Mirror Means to carry at least 50 oz of liquid
Food for entire race
Insulating layer top (poly pro, tights, etc)
Knife with locking blade
